The new Oyo State Police Command Public Relations Office (PPRO), DSP Adewale Osifeso who took over from CSP Olugbenga Fadeyi,. has assumed duty.

The Command’s Deputy Police Public Relations Officer (DPPRO), ASP Omotayo Oduniyi made yhe disclosure in a statement made available to Fasnews on Thursday, April 8, 2021.

According to the Deputy PPRO, DSP Adewale Osifeso was enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force as a Cadet ASP on January 9, 2012.Oyo

Osifeso is an alumnus of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, where he bagged his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication in 2007.

He is a seasoned detective and has served in various capacities as Operations Officer, departmental team leader under various intelligence departments at the State Criminal Investigation Department, Iyaganku, Ibadan, Oyo state, and Unit Commander under the Special Protection Unit, Base 22, Ibadan.

“Until his recent deployment, he served as a Unit Commander at 39 PMF Osogbo.” the statement read.
