A mother and her child have been confirmed dead after a building collapsed around 9:30 pm on Sunday, 1st of April , 2022 at no. 32 Ibadan Street, Ebute-Meta East area of Lagos.
Fasnewsng gathered that seven (7) children and sixteen (16) Adults have so far been rescued.
Efforts are ongoing to rescue others trapped ( if there are any) while the National Emergency Agency, Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, Lagos State Building Control Agency, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Red Cross and the Nigeria Police are all on ground to supervise and monitor the situation.
