Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has been named The Sun Newspaper’s Man of the Year 2024 in recognition of his exceptional governance, which has propelled the state to new heights of infrastructural and transformational development.
The prestigious award, which highlights Soludo’s solution-driven leadership, will be presented at a grand ceremony on March 1, 2025, in Lagos.
Popularly known as “Mr. Fixer,” “Mr. Reformer,” and “Mr. Jinx Breaker,” Governor Soludo has garnered widespread acclaim for his visionary strides. In a statement released by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, The Sun Newspaper’s Editor-in-Chief, Mr. Onuoha Ukeh, led a delegation of senior editors to Awka to personally deliver the award letter.
