In a bold move to bridge the gap between property development and professional real estate practice, the Lagos State Branch of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) has entered talks with Adron Homes to explore strategic partnerships that could reshape Nigeria’s housing narrative.

Led by its Chairman, ESV Tosin Kadiri, the NIESV Lagos delegation paid a high level courtesy visit to the Chairman of Adron Group, Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, KOF, at the company’s head office in Lagos. The meeting was a convergence of visionaries, aimed at leveraging collective strengths to drive innovation, professionalism, and broader access to housing.

Receiving the delegation, Sir Aare Emmanuelking, a proud member of NIESV himself, recounted the genesis of Adron Homes, describing its birth not as a business move, but a purposeful calling to redefine urban living in Nigeria.

“Adron Homes was not born out of convenience but of conviction,” he said. “We’re not just building houses, we’re creating cities, infrastructure, and sustainable communities that endure.”

The Group Chairman highlighted how the company’s strategic branding of estates using cultural and geographical inspiration, rooted in what he described as the “labelling theory,” has created emotional and social value for homeowners, further distinguishing Adron from its peers in the market.

On his part, ESV Kadiri lauded Adron’s resilience, innovation, and footprint across the country. He called for a deepened collaboration, particularly in providing NIESV members with access to Adron’s vast estate network, as well as opportunities in project management, valuation, and facility oversight.NIESV

“We see Adron Homes as a visionary force in this industry,” he noted. “Our members have the technical knowledge, Adron has the platform. Together, we can redefine what quality and professionalism mean in Nigerian real estate.”

The Chairman of the NIESV Cooperative Society also proposed a dedicated housing zone within Adron’s estates where members could develop bespoke homes tailored to their financial and professional aspirations, a concept Aare Emmanuelking embraced with enthusiasm.

“This idea aligns with our vision,” the Adron boss responded. “We’re open to collaborations that enrich the industry and deepen value for all stakeholders.”

Also present at the meeting were top executives from both organisations, including NIESV Lagos Vice Chairman, ESV Ayodeji Odeleye, Honorary Secretary, ESV Olaseni Lojede, and senior officials of Adron Group such as the Managing Director, Adenike Ajobo, Group Company Secretary, Shola Orunmuyiwa, Deputy Managing Director, Business Investment, Chitola Roberts, Chief Press Secretary, Maureen Echefu, and Personal Assistant to the Chairman, Faruq Salisu.

The engagement concluded with a renewed commitment from both parties to build a future anchored on professionalism, innovation, and impact. It also marked a pivotal step in industry evolution, where developers and professionals converge not as competitors but as collaborators.NIESV

With thought leaders like Aare Adetola Emmanuelking spearheading conversations around sustainable development and institutional integration, the future of real estate in Nigeria appears not only promising but transformative.
